Terms & Conditions
1. Goods at all times remain the property of Katerz caterers & hire
2. Goods will be checked and signed for by Hirer on delivery or pick-up
3. Charges for delivery will be given when order is taken.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by use of equipment hired.
5. The hirer is responsible for all breakage and losses; these will be charged at replacement cost.
6. All packing boxes and dividers will be charged if not returned
7. £50 will be added to all orders as a holding replacement deposit.
8. All goods must be return clean
9. Dirty goods will be charged at 25% extra by prior agreement only.
10. 24hours is needed for a full refund if you cancel for any reason. After that time there will be a 20% fee deduction.
11. Saturday evening pick-ups must be in the right containers and near the exit ready to be collected at the time agreed. If faulted will result in a £20 penalty charge.
12. Hired goods must be returned by the date and time agreed or further charges will be made each day goods are not returned at 20% is this is known as a penalty charge.
13. At the moment there will be NO VAT added.
